What to bring/wear at your first class?

You’ll want to wear a swimsuit, but nothing uncomfortable. We recommend swim shoes or socks, plus a tee-shirt or swim shirt, also called a rashguard, as the water is usually kept cool at both locations for swimmers doing laps. However, you will warm up fast, once the class starts. We recommend that you bring a towel and a water bottle, as you will need to hydrate by the end of your class.

How to cancel my membership?

Basic members may cancel at any time, without any additional fees incurred, by providing a written notice using this CONTACT US LINK, at least seven days before your next auto-payment, otherwise the cancellation will happen after your auto-payment.

What happens after my 12-month contract expires?

Premium and VIP memberships will automatically renew with the same terms and conditions for another twelve (12) months, unless they are cancelled in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the renewal date, buy using this CONTACT US LINK.

Can I change my plan?

We are happy to upgrade any plan, but no plans can be downgraded until after their twelve (12) month contract expires.

How do I bring a guest?

Please email us to bring a guest, with the date, time and location that you’d like them to attend. Or send us a text message at (702) 748-0460. We will respond quickly to make arrangements, and to inform you if space is available.

What happens if I’m a no-show for a scheduled class?

If you can’t make a class, and cancel online at least six (6) hours before the class, you will receive a full refund, and the class will be added back to your monthly total. However, if you do not cancel the class in time, it will be deducted from your monthly total. You can call (702) 748-0460 to cancel, if you are unable to cancel online. If you don’t cancel or reschedule, the no-show fee is $6.
